The art of paper marbling traditionally has been used in the binding of books dating back to the 17th century. While honoring the history of the art form and inspired from the pop art movement of transforming a consumer product into fine art I have handcrafted magnetic bookmarks encased in a contemporary acrylic shadow box frame.
